  • What are the steps involved in the application process?+
  • Schedule a one-on-one appointment with one of our leasing agents to tour your preferred unit. After your appointment, you can request a digital application to fill out online. At this point, we will conduct a tenant screening and credit check before approving your application!
  • What is a guarantor?+
  • An individual who can take on financial and physical responsibility on your behalf if required. Guarantors are generally only accepted for students. If you are a student we request you come to your appointment prepared with the contact info for a person who can act as your guarantor. This individual must be located within Canada.
  • What is the minimum length of the lease?+
  • Leases are a minimum length of 12 months. Longer leases are also available.
  • Is tenant insurance required?+
  • Yes, proof of tenant insurance is required before move in and yearly upon expiry.
